Emad did an awesome job...he recognize a situation in my basement (I.e. Water leaking from the floor due to rain) and suggested reroute get the water so unit would not be damaged. He proposed a temporary solution to ensure unit safety. Excellent customer service - bar none. Emad was also flexible in rescheduling service time for my convinience.

The book that shows the price is really confusing. Does not really tell you the price of the part or the amt of the labor. I could of had a different problem but the price would of been the same. Seems wierd.
